Baked Kale Chips
Preheat an oven to 350* Remove the leaves from the stems and tear into bite size pieces Mist (or drizzle) kale with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt (easy on the olive oil or chips will be soggy) Bake 15 minutes Enjoy a super healthy yummy snack!! *For salt & vinegar kale chips: simply add equal parts olive oil and balsamic vinegar!
