Healthy Recipe: Vegetarian Stroganoff

Okay so a few days ago I made this for my husband WITHOUT telling him that it was “vegetarian” (ie…FAKE MEAT) and ya’ll, HE DIDN’T EVEN NOTICE! He cleaned his plate and had seconds! Also, my 2 year old, AND my 10 month old also cleaned their plates! Oh man..this is a winner!

Vegetarian Stroganoff

Ingredients/Supplies

Directions:

  1. Add coconut oil to skillet on a medium heat
  2. Saute’ onion, garlic, and mushroom (or broccoli) for 5 minutes
  3. Add crumbles and continue to saute’ for another 5 minutes
  4. Reduce heat and add remaining ingredients
  5. Cook noodles
  6. Serve Stroganoff over noodles
  7. ENJOY!
