Today I wanted to share with you all how to make the best smoothies! The #1 staple in our everyday diet is smoothies. My girls and I enjoy a green smoothie most afternoons to get us over the hump in between lunch and dinner. I started giving my girls smoothies a few months into baby led weaning and they now help me make them everyday. I have found their participation in making them makes them even more keen to drink them.

The best part is it takes less than 5 minutes and clean up is a breeze.
