Lemon Protein Bars

This recipe for Dr. Axe is AMAZING! I mean…lemon bars that are healthy? Yes please! When I am pregnant (like I am right now, 16 weeks whoop whoop) I crave lemon bars, so this is a great alternative!


Lemon Protein Bars Recipe

Total Time: 35 minutes
Serves: 9

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Grease 8 x 8 pan with coconut oil
  3. Mix oat flour, whey, salt and baking soda together
  4. In a separate bowl, combine lemon juice, egg whites, stevia and applesauce
  5. Combine both bowls ingredients into 1 bowl
  6. Spread into greased pan and bake for 25 minutes
