Review: aden and anais- muslin swaddle blankets

These are on my “must haves” list for all new moms! I have never been to a baby shower where these weren’t on the registry, now that’s saying something!

Designed by a “mom on a mission” the aiden+anias Swaddles are large enough to be usesful for so many things!

I have used my aiden+anias muslins:

  1. to swaddle my babies
  2. lay on the ground for diaper changes
  3. cover my car seat and stroller
  4. nurse in public
  5. clean up messes
  6. wrap as a skirt for myself when I had to answer the door in a hurry!
  7. as a scarf for me! ha

These soft, organic cotton muslin swaddles are not only beautifully designed with modern prints but are also a super handy tool for your mommy arsenal. As a Floridian Mama I am always trying to find products that are helpful for the heat and these lightweight swaddles are breathable and versatile! They are high quality, easy to clean and have lasted through 2 of my children so far.

Its hard to believe but most children blankets and clothing contain clothing chemicals and are made of harmful synthetic fibers such as:

  • Acrylic
  • Dye fixatives
  • Dioxin-producing bleach
  • Polyester
  • Rayon
  • Acetate
  • Triacetate
  • Nylon

These chemicals not only leach into the environment, leaving an impact on groundwater, wildlife, air and soil, but they also may be absorbed or inhaled directly. You will never have to worry about what your child is wrapped in with organic cotton.

The new-mom world can be overwhelming, but we will make it easy for you- get these.
